We ship via Economy Free Shipping (USPS Parcel Select Ground®) where tracking code will be provided (delivery within 3-5 business days). You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees which are collected at the time of delivery to your destination address. We strongly encourage you to check with your local customs authorities regarding Duties & Taxes in your country before bidding or purchasing an item. Buyers are fully responsible for import tax and duties in their own country. Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 30 days of receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by (User ID). We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition. In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges.
