We ship via Economy Free Shipping (USPS Parcel Select Ground®) where tracking code will be provided (delivery within 3-5 business days). You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by (User ID). We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.
