Where is Seth’s Mom? Walk with Choosy Health and Fitness Event

We’re always looking for opportunities to meet with the community. It gives us a chance to share experiences, share resource, and come together as extended family. Doc Mo and THE Seth participated in the Y of Central Maryland Walk with Choosy event at Frederick Douglas High School in Baltimore, Maryland. From Doc Mo

“It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm from families and children. We were able to share how all of us, and our children, benefit from increased disabilities and mental health knowledge”.

Extended family

Seth’s Mom recognizes that most families experience disability and mental illness directly or indirectly. Be it you, your child, a parent, or a co-worker the need for education, resources, and inclusion touches us all. We each have a role to play in promoting diversity, inclusion, and self-advocacy.

Are you doing your part? What’s your role?
